It's really interesting to see the changes they are making. I would fully expect to see the USPS cease to exists in my lifetime, but quasi-governmental bodies are even harder to dismantle than fully-governmental bodies. Basically, the USPS is to the interwebs as the telegraph is to the telephone (take that SAT). Their new regulations get into measures of thickness and flexibility, too.
